Union joins forces with Mexican workers’ rights network

This week, the American union federation AFL-CIO has formed a partnership with Enlace, a network of 21 workers centres in the USA and Mexico representing some 300,000 workers. The organisations will launch international campaigns and educational activities to promote workpace rights and solidarity. The agreement does not require Enlace members to become union members, AFL-CIO president John Sweeney said.
