Decent work for agency workers

On World Day for Decent Work, the Dutch Trade Union Confederation FNV polled agency workers at a Scania car plant. A Scania spokesperson said campaigning for decent work was unnecessary, because Scania would set an example in how it treats its 500 agency workers (on a total workforce of 1,700). However, agency workers complained about the lack of job security. FNV president Agnes Jongerius said agency workers often get fewer training opportunities.
